I don't believe this is accurate. Your map shows Cuyahoga is not the tenth worst in ohio, let alone the us. Also, when you include the people who cannot be counted, who knows what you would find?

I searched the forums and couldn't really find a thread that covered this topic. I am someone who has a lot of plates spinning in the air between YouTube, Podcasting, and working a full time W2. My time is limited, and my upside with YouTube is MUCH higher than any single family rental can give me.

My question is this...

Do you prefer to invest as a Limited Partner in a syndication? - i.e. - big multifamily / self storage deals
Do you prefer to actively invest as a Buy & Hold landlord? - i.e. - running your own portfolio of rentals

Just wanted to get some perspective on this. Thanks

I always recommend that people should do their first few deals with their own money. Once they get a SUCCESSFUL track record in place, then you can start using OPM confidently.

Who manages those properties for you? Are you in the States or in Serbia?

Are you ever afraid of legislation against AirBnB? I don't see why a country like Serbia would be against it, just curious.
