I hope this is the right place to ask im a member in a ton of forums but this one is def a little-overwhleming with the 2 million sub categories here :) lol

Anyway, Im going to buy a single family house / duplex in below market value

I was wondering how fast I can re-finance and use the equity in the house to buy another one?

thanks in advance

Zion

I like this forum but theres just so much crap being said about wholesalers lol.. stop generalizing... there are good and bad wholesalers

Same way I don't generalize RE agents like yourself even though everytime I call expired listings I hear the usual " my house is worth 100K but the realtor promised me 2 million for it so I went with him and he couldnt sell it" story... doesnt mean all agents are **** right ?
