Thank you Irfan. May we know the usual trash fee for a single family since we, as landlord, are going to pay for it? and how often is it charged? is it annually, quarterly or monthly? Thank you for taking your time and explain this to us. We appreciate it a lot.

Hi Biggerpockets

My partner and I are not too familiar with the philly market. We are wondering in areas like 19145, 19146, 19147 and etc, who is responsible for the utilities and trash collection for rental properties? Does it goes by market or individual rental property? Thank you all !

The beginning is always the hardest. I still remembered my first deal and the process. Once you get over it, you will accelerate. You will get there! Have faith in you!

Welcome joshua. I agree with the other joshua, haha! The number is very important, because it tells a lot of stories. Also build a well-support team. It is crucial if you decide to continue on this journey!

Hi All

Does anyone know a good or a series of combined sources in which it provides the historical record of an area, such as population, economy, occupation and etc? I personally searched many sites and most of them only give the data for 2 years at most. I am looking for sources that provide a longer historical record. Thank you in advance!

Hi everyone

My name is Zeng. I am a full-time real estate investor and focus on commercial and residential rental properties. I began my real estate investment journey in early 2009 with a hope of improving my financial situation. Six years had passed, I am still on the road, but not alone. I've met many talented people who shared the same goal along this journey. The gift that I've received for the past six years had already surpassed my original expectation, which is just improving my financial situation. I've learned that the value of people and team work are more important than just a piece of real estate. It is more exciting to see every team member grow and share their joyful experiences with each other, because money cannot buy fulfillment. Looking forward to meeting more talented and like-mind people here and grow together!
