@mario am  thank you and yes your right i did some homework i will be paying my self also put my cash into an real estate fun even if i put 1mill 15% will give me 150k a year. 

I have a business and its very successful i can afford to pay my self anything i want i had stop paying my self for 3 years i sold the business and bought back this year and its very profitable now with this advice i will start cutting a check again for my self.

And i have perfect cridit score 

I found a possible answers i will invest 1 million for 15% minimum real estate investment make 150k minimum a year. Then i will put my self on payroll and have 2 income and now i can sleep because im out of the stocks market im making 150k a year doing nothing plus with a percentage return in 8 years when the real estate portfolio is sold. in 10 years my business when i sell my business for 10 million. I will then put that money into a Diversified realestate profiles  As recession proof as possible. Collect a worst case scenario 15% on 10 million  and be able to  cash out any time passively enough? 

Or can you educate me of a different plan.

My goals is to retire in 10 years and spend as much time with my family on top of that I'm also handicap so I cannot be able to keep up with the legwork of running and keeping up with a business at an older age.

I have a million dollar problem i need advice or help with? 

i would like to retire in 10 years with real estate 

Unfortunately 

i have no income so its hard to get a lone 

I haven't have income in 3 years or worked 

How can i get a lone?  

..BUT 

i have no debt 

I have a perfect cridit score 

I have over  a million dollar in the bank 

I have a business but i don't pay my self because I'm trying to scale my business to sell it in 10 years.

I made YTD 130k in my breakage account but can't clame that as income. 

With that being said

i would like to retire In 10 years with  Maximum cash flow possible in real estate investment in rental properties. 

I would like to try to have a diversified portfolio so 
my investment property is recession proof and accomplish all of this with minimum down payment so i can maximize the amount of investment property i can buy.

Please any help or advice?
