I'm about to get my license! I'm getting my builders license in Florida. I am not planning on using it into I see good opportunities. When do you feel like would be a good opportunity to quit your 8 to 5 job? I'm not a big risk taker so it's had to be a good opportunity.

I am working on getting my FL builders license. I do not have a clear plan but I think I would like to build residential houses. I have a full-time job as a project manager and would like to keep it and build some houses on the side. Has anyone tried to do that? if so please let me know your experience.
