@Mitch Messer North Tulsa is the highly talked about rental opportunity. Some parts are pretty rough, and some are better. I like a 1-2 mile radius around Tulsa University. I also like the east side of Union school district. 

I don't normally do property management, but I have been wanting to pick some up actually.

I wish lol. We’ll see though. Owasso is booming for sure. I’ll DM you tomorrow. 

I have a deal in the works to assign to someone for a portfolio of 9 duplexes and 5 SFRs. 

The duplexes are all located in Owasso, OK, 3 SFRs are in Owasso, and 2 SFRs are in Sperry, OK.

Gross rents are around $17,500 /month, or $210,000 /year. Asking price will be $2m OBO. 10.5% COC return.

Nothing is signed yet, but who would be interested? I will have more info soon.
