In Destin, Be sure to check out the additional fees/regulations the city imposes on short term rentals. Even SFRs

I use coast to coast property insurance. They have always treated me well, I deal with Sandra Mercado. I haven't filed a claim yet with them so I can speak to that but everything else has been good

If you find a decent multi family for a good price, be prepared to pay cash. They are in high demand
