@Jesse Stahl none of the deals are on the market. My wife had a meeting with him to do some engineering on his personal residence and they got to talking about how we were looking for houses. One thing led to another and he mentioned the properties to her. I am meeting with him this week to hopefully grow a relationship with him to see if we can help each other in any way. Even if it’s just letting me pick his brain about the industry in the area over the last 30+ years he’s been in.

Hi all, I am a new investor that just acquired my first rental. That being said I don’t have much capital available, but I have recently networked with an older gentleman who is interested in selling off most, if not all, of his 20+ rental properties in my area of northern Kentucky/Cincinnati. I was wondering what suggestions people may have to help me get in on these deals in some way, even if it’s used as a learning experience for different types of real estate deals?
