Yeah I’m curious about Branson too.  That is close (4 hours) from me so if it was a desirable market I’d like to hear it.

I know they just sunk a ton of money in a few golf courses that should be big draws Mar-October.

What is your strategy for your actual home that you live in. I am building a home and about to have to make a decision on the loan. I am an investor and would like to continue to grow my portfolio. Do you put down 20% and dodge PMI or put down as little as you can and hold on to some cash?
