@Joshua Ax What's going on Josh?! I'll need to learn more about seller financing in the near future and be able to effectively convince the seller about the benefits. I mean, what seller wouldn't like to continually receive a monthly payment without having to manage the property, right?!

@Adam Guiffrida That's my game plan! I know of a 4 unit in Plains, PA that is currently all occupied. Month to month leases. I spoke to the current owner briefly before but she said when I'm ready to let them know. They aren't in any rush to sell. House hacking is what I'm looking to do! :)

Hey All - 

I've been listening to BP for quite some time now. I'm 25 years old and just got back into real estate as a licensed agent (very new, don't have any deals or anything in the works yet). I left my previous corporate position after 1yr3mo or so. I want to get pre-approved to at least get that step taken care of, but I really don't have 2 years of consistent work history under my belt since graduating from college. Just quite a few of different jobs here and there. What would be your way to get around this speed bump? 

Also, I'm located within Northeast, PA. About 20 minutes from Wilkes-Barre and 40 minutes from Scranton. If anyone is wanting to network and connect, let me know! I'm always trying to learn about investing from people that have the track record!
