Post: Multifamily Myths and Excuses

"Don't let common excuses hold you back! 🏢 Here are some myths debunked:

1️⃣ 'It's too complex.' - With the right guidance and education, navigating multifamily investments becomes manageable.

2️⃣ 'I don't have enough capital.' - Explore various financing options like partnerships, syndication, or creative financing strategies.

3️⃣ 'It's too risky.' - Like any investment, risk can be mitigated through thorough due diligence and working with experienced professionals.

4️⃣ 'I don't have time.' - Investing in multifamily properties can be passive with property management services or investing in syndications.

Don't let excuses hinder your potential for financial growth and passive income streams. 📈 #RealEstateInvesting #MultifamilyInvesting #FinancialFreedom"

Hey there! I'm reaching out to fellow multi-family syndicators and investors to connect and network. I truly believe that networking is key to success in multi-family real estate—it's amazing how small the world can feel if you don't know where to connect! So, I'd love to hear about your favorite meet-ups or online gatherings for multi-family real estate networking in Minnesota. Drop a comment below or feel free to shoot me a message. Let's connect and grow together!

Quote from @Simon Ashbaugh:

Hi Zach, welcome to BP! You've landed in the perfect spot to kickstart your real estate journey. I recommend you start by tuning in to the BiggerPockets podcast. Expand your network and explore social media events.

Make sure to connect with local lenders and brokers too, they're always beneficial to have in achieving your real estate goals. Hope this helps!

Thank you Simon for the awesome comment and all of the great advice! Since my original post I have enrolled in Michael Blanks Mentorship program and it has been such a great experience. I am on my way to becoming Deal Maker Certified through the program.

Hi! I'm Zach like so many others I began my journey here starting with reading Rich Dad Poor Dad. I created my own auto reconditioning business three years ago which ultimately has been a financial blessing to my family. The problem is I got into it to have more time with my family and that has not been the case. I've created a job for myself. I'm ready to change that.

I started researching mutual funds it seems like a good option but slower then what I would like to achieve financial freedom, next I looked into options. Overall  it didn't interest me. Then I read Michael Blank's book Financial Freedom with Real Estate Investing. That's when it clicked. I know the route I want to go. Since then my wife and I have read the book twice as well as many other real estate investing books as well as listening to podcasts whenever we can. We know this is the next best move for our family and our goal of achieving financial freedom.

We're currently in the process of looking into Michael Blanks, and Jake and Gino's multi family investing programs.

We hope to make many great connections in the Bigger Pockets Community. If you have any advice for us please share with us. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and I hope we can connect.

God Bless,

Zach
