Would anyone know of any BRRRR friendly banks/credit unions? I have been calling every single one google has to offer, but to no avail. I still have some left for tomorrow, but haven't been finding any luck as most have a 1 year seasoning period.

Thanks for your comments. I am in a similar situation in that I have limited funds to get started and my target market is Akron/Cleveland. Based on this thread, flips may be the way to go, but does anyone know how profitable/success flips can be in that market?

I am in the process of buying a duplex in Akron that needs some TLC, but am having trouble finding a bank/credit union that would be willing to give me a heloc on a rental property that does not have an existing mortgage on it as I intend on owning it free and clear. I am still in the process of calling around and gathering information; however, I'm wondering if you (or anyone here) would have any suggestions.
