I should add we are looking for loan of approximately 75% ARV

My brother and I are looking for a private money lender for MFH in Oakland CA.  We are looking for around 600k.

We have combined income of 18k month, 160k to put down credit scores of 700/770 with no foreclosures or defaults.  Are total debt consists of 2 mortgages totaling 250k in which the rental income made covers monthly payments.

That strange because I currently have farmers but they required a visual inspection.  Two so far that I have found that do not need visual inspection is nreinsurance.com and Truman Christ Insurance Agency.  Thank you

Hi all,

I am in the process of buying my second 4plex, this property is a little more run down than my first property. I am having a hard time finding an insurance company that will insure this property.  My insurance agent mentioned that there are some insurance companies that do not require visual inspections.  Does anyone know of any companies that offer no visual inspection homeowner insurance?  I have looked into builder risk but my mortgage lender says that will not work for my loan.  Thank you all for your help.
