Plumber installs a new toilet but failed to snake the drain with his equipment.  He says a need a hydro-jet and scope.

Any recommendations in Pittsburgh?

Hello, I have a property in Pittsburgh.  Tenants had a clogged toilet.  Sent the plumber over to put in a new toilet and snake the drains.  He tried 5 hours and couldn't clear it.  Plumber says I need a scope and probably hydro jet or something.  So does anyone recommend a company that does this in Pittsburgh PA.  Also, should the plumber charge me $700 for a job not completed.

I’d like to wholesale land to a developer or a multitude of developers it’s 100 acres.

Does anyone have expertise in this category and like to explore the options with me.

I remember a bigger pockets podcast I heard long ago about a young man from SC who learned to whole sale land.

His dad taught him to do spread sheets in the car at a young age. Does that sound familiar to anyone? Does anyone remember that podcast?
