I'm trying to understand how house hacking is so profitable, putting down so little money, 3.5% or 5% would make for a hefty mortgage payment wouldn't it? Thanks for any input in this. 

What platform would be used to advertise for mid term rental options? The only I'm aware of is furnished finders.

I've Narrowed down my search for LTR investment properties to 3 markets in the midwest. st. Louis, kansas city, columbus. I'd like some reviews on property management companies in these cities as that will be a big deciding factor for me since I will be an out of state investor and this will be my first investment! Thank you for any feedback!

I'm looking to start investing in oregon and am aiming to do my first brrr in the next couple months and would love to connect and maybe get some contacts for contractors and hard money lenders that can help me on my journey. I've come across some wholesalers lists I could use some help verifying if they are a reputable source as well.
