I'm trying to understand how house hacking is so profitable, putting down so little money, 3.5% or 5% would make for a hefty mortgage payment wouldn't it? Thanks for any input in this. 

What platform would be used to advertise for mid term rental options? The only I'm aware of is furnished finders.

I've Narrowed down my search for LTR investment properties to 3 markets in the midwest. st. Louis, kansas city, columbus. I'd like some reviews on property management companies in these cities as that will be a big deciding factor for me since I will be an out of state investor and this will be my first investment!
