1. 3766 Mayflower Memphis, TN 38122

This is the Berclair area. Demographic here is blue collar Hispanic families. We have had tremendous success here because this neighborhood is highly desirable. One of the better elementary schools in Memphis is in Berclair. Grahamwood elementary, so vacancies are relatively low in this area. We also own a ton of properties in this area as well. Rent range is anywhere from $800-900.

Purchase Price- $64,900

Renovations- will include a complete gold level renovation. Scope of work will be provided. (This will be a full scale renovation)

2. 4310 Almo Memphis, TN 38118

This is the Parkway Village area and we have sold these homes to several clients who experience great success. This house is already rehabbed and rented for $900 a month.
