I am starting my real estate investing journey and looking to grow my network. I started messaging investors on LinkedIn and received many responses. So my question is, what helped you with growing your network? What kind of questions did you ask to set your meeting up for success? What made your meetings awkward? Any tips and tricks would be phenomenal!

@Daniel Nobile thanks a ton! Was there any differences with purchasing a house hack with the VA Loan rather than a single family?

@Joseph Medina Life at Lewis definitely has its ups and downs! However I am excited to get out next year and move into real estate. But yes, I'd love to use the VA Loan for my first investment property since I feel like there would be easy equity in the right property.

I am currently serving in the Army at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington State. With a year left in the Army, I am exploring my options and the benefits that come with being a veteran. One of those great benefits is the VA Home Loan where I am able to put $0 down on a house.

As my contract is coming to an end, real estate investing has been something I’d love to get into.

That being said, is there anyone out there who has invested in real estate using their VA Home Loan? Is it doable? What were some of the lessons you learned? Thanks in advance!
