Hi, BP community!

My name is Yuko, and I live in Southern California.  I'm a new investor and so excited to be here and learning a lot about real estate from the community!

Here is a little bit of my background in real estate - 

• House #1: I purchased my first house (townhouse) here in OC using FHA.
• House #2: Last year, I purchased my first investment property through a turnkey company in Georgia.
• House #3: Planning to purchase 1 property (investment property #2) this year.

I'm interested in both single family and small multifamily, buy and hold, out of state or in my area if I can find a good deal.  I'm also interested in short term rentals.  Too many interests?  Maybe.... :)
