Im looking for advice on how I should approach my second home. I own one house now that is being rented out. I’m currently living at a family’s member house looking to move into a second house. My problem is I don’t have enough money for a down payment. I’m curious to know what you all would do in my position getting into that next house. Any advice would be very helpful.

I did some research and I ran into this. I have this type of piping in my house in Austin tx

I’ve been having issues with a certain type of pipes that are in place for my rental property. We had our second leak in the house because of the type of pipes we have in place. I called a plumber and he took a look at everything and he said the pipes are discontinued. He told me to file a lawsuit for that problem. I just want to know what y’all’s thoughts on that and if I’m just wasting my time reaching out to a attorney.

I'm buying my second home and I currently have my house rented out. I'm checking out lenders and One problem I'm having right now is not having enough money for the down payment. The lender I had was asking for 20% down so I called another lender to find other options and they brought up I could get a 2nd FHA loan if I follow certain criteria's. Any advice would very appreciated.
