The hotel will be on my property in Costa Rica. 

Hello 

I am looking to refinance my property located in Manuel Antonio Costa Rica to build a hotel. Do you know where to start ? Private investors would do as well.

I am contacting this forum because i am i need of help to finance a project in costa rica in the most visited town of the country called Manuel Antonio. I am currently the owner of a 2033 square meter lot that carries a hostel making good revenues but i need more.

Tourism hasn't stopped growing and the area is in need of more modern hotels. Most of the hotels in the area were build in the 80' 90'.

The project would require 2 properties next to mine to be bought for 500 K a piece.

The tourism economy is very stable in the area and i am confident based on my experience that this project will be successful.

The concept is to create a smallvillageby the beach with amenities of a 3 to 4 star hotel. Kids and parents will be reminded of an hobbit village from The lord of the ring.

The hotel will be as eco friendly as possible for marketing (and of course to save the earth). The lay out of the hotel will be made in a way to facilitate socialising.

If this one work it would be easy to open many locations in latin america because of it’s low cost and quick build out.
