Post: I need help and advice from lenders on how to finance the second phase of my project

Hello Everyone,
I’m thrilled to share an exciting project currently under development in Washington, which boasts significant rental income potential. Thanks to a successful reward crowdfunding campaign, we have raised the necessary capital to seed the project and are on track to build an additional 6 units what is likely the first lodge in the US funded by a reward-based crowdfund. We opened our calendars this month for the first backers.
Despite the project’s unique nature and impressive traction, securing traditional financing has proven challenging. However, the enthusiasm for this venture is undeniable. We've already collected around 20,000 pre-reservations, equating to approximately $30 to $40 million, and have received hundreds of requests to build individual units.
We’ve completed the first unit, which has passed the final county inspection under a residential permit, and are actively working on the second phase. We're also in the permitting process for an additional six units.
Given the project's unconventional approach, a debt equity partner might be the ideal solution if traditional financing isn’t feasible from what i am being told . Check out oculisdome.com for a visual overview and to share your thoughts on potential solutions for financing the next phase. Your insights and suggestions would be greatly appreciated at all levels.

Hello everyone
I own a property valued at around 850 K to 920 K by local real estate agents at its current stage. Currently existing on it is a small hotel/hostel that I am running generating approximately 150K to 175K of revenue per year.
The property has a trust from a local bank for 475 K
I am looking to refinance the property and its future project for 1.2 million to build a 24 to 27 room hotel. Construction has been evaluated at around 600K. The value of the property after the completion of the new hotel will be approximately 2 million dollars with revenues at around 750 K to a million a year. The revenues and property value are based on equivalent property for sale in the area.
This hotel is located next to my property.

The hotel concept will be a first . Using green magic homes technology the construction time and cost will be unbeatable . ( http://www.greenmagichomes.com/main.php ). The concept was made to fit the high demand for eco hotel in the area and preserve the harmony with the nature of Costa Rica.
The town is covered with mostly outdated hotel from the 1990’s. There is a large need in the town for newer better hotel in the range of 100 to 150 dollars a night hotel.
Tourism is also expanding every year in Costa Rica at a rapid pace. http://qcostarica.com/costa-rica-sets-record-for-tourist-arrivals-2-9-million-in-2016/
Land next to mine is also available for future growth.
See some of the work that has been done on the project already i can go deeper with cost and projections if you are interested.
This concept could easily be a success in Costa Rica and could expand to many other locations.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello everyone
I bought a property in Costa Rica for 550 K over a year ago and turned it to to a small profitable 16 rooms hotel. The property is under a trust from a local bank for 475K . The value of the property has now almost doubled. I am looking to tear down the existing building and build a much nicer 26 rooms hotel. What would you recommend in term of financing such a project. I do not have any cash to do this. The project will cost around 600 K. My property was valued at around 920 K by local real estates agents . After completion of the project based on similar hotels in the area the value of a 26 rooms hotel is at around 2 to 3 millions. What kind of financing structure do you think i could do?

Hello everyone
I own a hotel in Costa rica and would like to borrow money to build a bigger better hotel. I am willing to put my property in collateral. Can anyone lead me to company or private lenders that would finance a property in Costa Rica? I am currently already attached to a trust from a Costa Rican bank.
Thank you
