Great suggestions @Account Closed. I never have split the two marketing strategies. PASSIVE vs PRO-ACTIVE marketing. plus the fact that PRO-ACTIVE cost zero dollars besides driving and you build relationships in the community. Thanks again

Good Info Russell. Maryland's cash flow isn't huge in most areas is what i'm learning  but with the never ending construction along 270 and 95 it will appreciate almost always it seems.
