Hello BP family, I been trying to run comps on a property for a week now. I reached out about 3 different realtors and they told me they will have it on this particular day, and when I contact them they have a different excuse. I'm not the type to sit around and wait for people to make this happen for me. I want to run comps on this property to know if it's a good deal or not. Those anyone run there own comps and wouldn't mind teaching me how to? I'm willing to learn.

Hello to all the North Jersey members.

I'm currently looking to connect and go to RIEA meetings in NJ where can I find them? I been searching and seems like nothing was close to where I live.

Where are you attending these meetings?

I'm looking for a mentor in NJ someone that's successful and wouldn't mind taking on a mentee, I'm 17 years old and I would like to groom myself into an entrepreneur and real estate investor I'm starting young.

If you know of these meetings please let me know or if you can mentor me that would be great. (let's connect)

-thank you,

David

Connect with a local contractor and have them give you an estimate, you can use around 3 contractors to get the best estimate!

Welcome Jarrett,

you're in the right place when it comes to learning and connecting with other people that's actually out there doing it.

I had no experience a couple months ago and now I'm looking for my first deal.

Jeff Wallenius I think eviction courts would have a lot of tired landlords looking to let of a property or 2. Think creatively!
