I've developed AI Chatbots for customer service, FAQ, and lead capture purposes, tailored specifically to the corresponding businesses. Custom data (provided by clients/owners) was also used to enhance accuracy and relevance.

@Micah Pearce what's your experience so far if you ended up investing in DiversyFund?

I funded Streitwise in the middle of August and received my first quarterly dividend in the second week of October as they payout quarterly.  I agreed that it was a slow process to fund and see my account setup.  I'm still testing it out before I fund more.

This event was awesome. Great set of panel speakers providing a lot of insight into different methods of investing. Lots of opportunities to network as well. I will attend this event again next year. Totally worth it.

Hello,

I am looking to get some bids on a project(kitchen and bathroom remodeling) in Logan Square. It's a 4-unit home(three 3bd/1ba and one 3bd/2ba). The kitchens and bathrooms need some updates; new flooring, cabinets, vanity, etc. I am planning to do this rehab in the next couple of months as the current leases expire.
