Hello BP! I am a travel physical therapist and I would like to long-distance-invest in the Kansas City, MO area for my first investment property. I would like to network with rockstar real estate agents, lenders, and property managers. I am looking to buy and hold SFH or MFH properties. I have around 100k in reserves and am looking to grow generational wealth and I am open to rehab properties. Please reach with any advice or if you know any agents, lenders or PMs :)

I use discover which offers around 1.70%. Bankrate.com is a great website that compares multiple savings accounts and their interest rates
