So make sure whoever you choose the next go around adhere's to them. Your Realtor should be able to help you with this! There are two that I would recommend Ted Anderson and  Julie Anderson Clark are both good. I also have a couple more as well but I would start with these two. Let's connect some time I can share my vendor list with you as well. Feel free to shoot me a message!

Hi Marc thanks for the recommendation. I reached out to Ted and Julie already as another investor recommended them so they must be good! Appreciate it !

I have the contact info for the owner and the location of the property. It was fully foreclosed by the bank. The owner is not sure what the name of the bank is. I am looking for ways to find the bank to contact them.

I was looking to see if there is a way to see the property online, potentially purchase the property at a discount, or share the property with another buyer. I am researching options.

Thanks, I checked out Property radar and it looks like there is a paid subscription that is required.

Thanks for the insignt. I figured it never hurts to try.

Hello BP,

One of my friends is renting out a home that was foreclosed 1 month ago. It is owned by the bank now. It is in a prime location in San Francisco. The inside is nice as well as I have seen it to visit my friend. My friend got along well with the owner and gave me their contact information to reach out. Is there a way to view bank foreclosures in Cali? I tried to view bank foreclosures online but I think I do not have access. Any tips on what I can do here. I am sure I could find a buyer if it is at a discounted price and if no one knows about it since it is fairly recent. I would love to buy it for a STR but is not possible unless I use OPM. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi @Marc Edwards Thank you for the good wishes! It seems it is extremely competitive in this market as there are many investors who can quickly purchase with cash. I will certainly reach out.
