I met through an agent, an investor that his pdf presents him as a huge player. he has deals for over 2b all over the world. yet his online presence is close to nothing. both as a person and a company. is this real? can someone get to this huge amount of biz and stay internet incognito? he testify to be an old time kind of person that prints the net in order to read it. but still, how can i be sure? do you know people like that?

Historically we had no right to own property throughout history till 2 seconds ago. we were literally considered A property rather than a potential owner. In most countries we couldn't even inherit Realestate - ( remember the movie little woman ? the mother and her 3 girls become homeless because the father dies) or have our own bank account, that kind of explains it for me, but i am so pleased to see we live in a wonderful time of change ...

hi there, 1507sf city center in the middle of a market area, a no car zone with subway, tram and buses even boats near by. commercial area. for 286,722 . currently huge living room with 3 bedroom one amazing shower and a second not so much.

im thinking classic bnb but i dont like dealing with the prices every day and there is so much competition now.

I was considering co location , like a middle way between bnb and normal rent. hence all bills paid by me, and weekly cleaning service for the water areas and sheets (kitchen, shower, toilette) , as i still have my team in this area from former bnb aparts it could be easy to organise, what do you think?

i just sold my 2 bnb for divorce and i need to restart somewhere.

i thought that renting my home bnb could give me the base but now im thinking it will take too long.

we did buy my house for half of its worth now, but not having a fix income im not sure i could land money on that.

i did consider selling my house but its too harsh on my kids, and a little impractical because once paid the banks i wont be left with much to invest and will have to rent...

so now im confused,

what are my other option in your opinion?
