That's definitely worth looking into considering I don't want to lose the great interest rate on my property. thank you, i appreciate it.

hello everyone. I am looking for some advice on my current situation. I have 2 properties with decent amount of equity. I recently did a cash out refi on one property to help with purchasing a investment property to fix and flip. I know it may take time to find a property that makes sense to rehab so my question is what to do in the meantime. I don't want to miss out on an opportunity to create long term wealth. should i consider doing a cash out refi on my other property to help purchase a multi family unit?
