Hi @Mitch Messer. Happy New Year and thanks for the input as well. I spoke with my property manager in Columbia yesterday to get some advise on how to go about it.  He also mentioned that I will need to get a license so I will work on understanding what I need from that perspective. I will connect with you shortly and we can discuss further on how I can move this plan forward.

Regards,

Fisayo.

I am an investor in Columbia, SC but I recently moved to Atlanta, GA - I am looking to get into property management in the atlanta area. Feel free to reach out to me if any of you need help managing your properties in the atlanta area.

This is so sad! Don't quote me on this but I believe if you are unsuccessful with contacting relatives. After a few days, if you cannot get in touch with them, you will have to store for a certain days before you can "Sell to recoup your loss".... I might have red this on one of the BiggerPockets book... I will say call the local police department, Housing or do additional research as needed.

Hello @Chukwudi Motanya. I am about doing the same. I found a property and putting in the offer today. I want to get a renovation loan. Do you have someone you can recommend?

Thanks,

Fisayo.

.....and if you have a small multi (2-4) you are looking for sell, feel free to PM me as well.

Hello all - I am moving to Atlanta soon and hoping to buy a multi to move into. I know rates have been rising lately but which local banks would you recommend in regards to getting favorable rates?

Hi Guys - I recently completed my first purchase in Feb 2018. That has all settled down and so far so good. I am looking to buy another property and reached out to my contractor and I realized he his no longer in Columbia. Would you guys have any recommendation for a Contractor I could use?

Thanks in Advance.

Hi All - for those that are in Columbia, SC, does anybody have an idea of what the average cap rate  is or where I can potentially find this information?

Dennis M. Can we connect further on Erie. I visited in May and considered investing in that area as well. Would you be able to share some of your investing experience in that market.
