Congrats on the first investment. How are you using a line of credit ? Is that a business line of credit ? Best wishes !

Hey Trevor!

I am from Baltimore and I am new to real estate investing. My goal for the rest of 2017 is to continue to learn and find mentors . My goal for 2018 is to buy and hold 2-3 properties using the BRRRR strategy.

Best Wishes!

Hi all! I have heard the 50% rule is a great conservative approach for analyzing multifamily properties. However, is this a good approach for single family properties as well? Thanks !

Hi all,

My name is Yannik and I am new to BiggerPockets. I accidently stumbled upon this website and fell in love with the lucrative amount of information available for members. I believe the tools available will allow me to be succesfull in real estate. I have been doing an extensive amount of research and I am also new to the real estate business. I am currently looking for a serious and experienced realtor in the baltimore area. If anyone has any referrals please recommend!!!

Thanks.
