i have contacted most of the sites that BP recommends to get a hard money loan but im having a hard time getting a loan as a new investor with little capital to start (less than 10k) and most of them recommend to go in a JV with another investor to get my foot on the door, the problem is that i dont know any one that is involved in the Real estate market. is there anyone here that might be interested to take me under their wing and do a JV together? im not afriad of the hard work.

My name is Yasser, im located in South Florida i dont have a background in real estate investing other than owning the property where i currently live in, i want to become a full time real estate investor and im hoping to be able to link up with the members of this community to be able to reach my goals.
