Thank you so much for that info!

What an amazing post!!

Its incredible for me to see how many creative ways there are to make things happen.

All it takes is a can do attitude and some research.

Would you mind sending me a list Of BLOC lenders you recommend?

I would really appriciate that

 @RyanLibersher

I've heard of that book, i will look into purchasing it.

Thanks for the suggestion and good luck in your business

@Derek Dame no i have thought of that, but i certainly will look into it.

Thank you so much for the idea!

Hola Stephanie,

Thank you for taking the time to comment on my question.

I have come to the conclusion that i certainly will have to someone parter with an experienced investor on a JV and/or finding someone to "take me under their wing" sort of speak and then try to venture on my own once i have some more capital and experience.

Quick question; how much money would you say i should save in order to try to start investing on my own and try to go to a lender? just to get a ball park idea

The properties down here in florida that im looking to purchase range anywhere from 100k-300k.

Hello BP friends,

Im a newbie from South Florida wanting to do my first deal and eventually become a full time Real Estate Investor, i have a seller that has a couple of duplex, triplex and fiveplex in the Hollywood area,  ranging from 200k- 360k, they seem like very good deals however i dont know how to go about it since i dont have the funds for this type of investment, the seller wants all cash.

What should i do?

Any suggestions on how to approach this situation?

Should i just let it be and try to find a small fixer upper instead?

Is this way over my head?

I would really appriciate any feedback

Gracias!
