I just watched jamil damji YouTube video abouts the comps and he really recommended on this more then propstream for example... someone can tell me if it's worth it's look very easy to working with and very accurate maybe to the mls... ty guys

I have a question... how accurate is your coms tools for rental and sold houses from the mls or propstream for example??? I wach your shows and i read the brrrr book so I'm interesting to start and i came from this industry so i know the mls it's very important to be the most close to the right numbers... ty 🙏
