I just had my first tenant turn over and I’m looking for new tenants. I’ve used Cozy in the past and it has worked out fine with the background/credit checks. In the past week I’ve had 3 tenants filled out the applications and the background checks are pending for days on end.

Have any of you had this problem?

What other sites are you using for background checks?

I recently upgraded to Pro so I can have access to landlord forms for “free”, but when I went to lease agreements I have to pay $99... is there something I’m missing? Please kindly advise
