I'm super excited that 2023 is going to be the year I buy my first investment property. I'm planning to use my FHA loan to buy a small multi-family property (2-4 units), or a single-family with the potential to rent out a bedroom or ADU. The thing is I need to save more money and I need to relocate to the city.

As a first-time homebuyer & house hacker - I need all the tips!

What do I really need to start?

 Hey Xzavion, welcome to BP!

Finding the right property in the right location is key! Have you considered the Midwest? Kansas City is rapidly growing and there is currently lots of investment potential.

I'd be happy to connect and discuss KC's current market.

Ive never bee to Kansas, nor Kansas city. what about a job too? should that be planned out before moving into uncharted territory?

I am in a sticky situation. I want to move somewhere with my friend this year and get into real estate. The problem is I don’t know where! And how to go about it. I have (no money.) Here are the options I have in my head:

I save up money to buy my first house to live in with my friend .Then I want to flip the house and sell it. Should I house flip with my friend?
or

I save up money get a place to rent with my friend. Save more money to then have an Agent help me invest? Doing house hacking or Brrrr.

I want to do both but I think that I should start out house flipping then get into house hacking and Brrrr. Can anyone help me accomplish this? I just want to leave this small town and start my real Estate career.

I don't know anything about real estate other than the niches and strategy but I don't know where to start. What I want is to buy(BRRRR)a property in florida. I have no money and I don't live there yet. What type of loan would be best and how can I make the first steps to take action?

I’m saving up money so I can move to florida with my friends and I want to do brrrr investing. Should I wait to get a loan when I move or does my location not matter?
