I am in a sticky situation. I want to move somewhere with my friend this year and get into real estate. The problem is I don’t know where! And how to go about it. I have (no money.) Here are the options I have in my head:

I save up money to buy my first house to live in with my friend .Then I want to flip the house and sell it. Should I house flip with my friend?
or

I save up money get a place to rent with my friend. Save more money to then have an Agent help me invest? Doing house hacking or Brrrr.

I want to do both but I think that I should start out house flipping then get into house hacking and Brrrr. Can anyone help me accomplish this? I just want to leave this small town and start my real Estate career.

Start with a househack. Cheapest and quickest start. That means you can move quick with your friend. It will be easier to save for your next investment assuming your living costs are reduced by househacking. House flipping and BRRRR require liquid cash and expireence. You have neither. crawl beforen you can walk and soon you will be running. Best of luck my friend. Chase your dreams!
