Hello All,

My name is Xavier Williams and I am a licensed real estate agent from SJ, Ca. I recently partnered in rehab investment with a buddy of mine in Arizona as a first project. I have been reading a bunch of different books in REI and have gotten hooked. As of now everything has been through him and I am looking to build my own connections in the Bay Area.
