Well I'm using Propstream and that's what the house equity says on it 

I have a seller that wants to sell his property and it’s paid off and has $107,807 in equity what exactly does this mean ?

What’s the difference between the two ?

How can I convince the seller I can control his/her property and help find the tenants for the property and get cash flow ?
