Hi Kwame, I agree with what Nashid said. I'm a realtor and am just north of Pittsburgh. I could help you out in the Pittsburgh area, but you'll likely want to look for an event that's local to Seven Springs and knows that area inside and out. I'll message you privately.

Love this, Henry. I was in Italy for 2 weeks in 2015 and also wondered why there was next to no storage. You'd think with smaller living quarters and more folks living in cities that the need for it would be there. Keep us updated on your travels and if you find any facility there. I have a friend outside of Naples and he hasn't seen any yet either.

Because this will be a one off deal, not looking to build a portfolio together. My main question is should I add my LLC to the sales agreement and back closing up or does it make more sense to draw up an agreement after closing?
