Has anyone out there used a product called Dec Tec? I am in Ohio and looking to find a product to use on the floor of an outside balcony. Any tips or referrals would be appreciated!!

I own 3 rental properties on one lot in Prescott Arizona. I can't seem to find a company that will give me rental insurance. Tried Allstate but they say because one house was built in 1930 it is too old. Any suggestions of a insurance broker that I might insure me?

I have a century home that I just noticed some of the wood joists in the basement are beginning to look eaten. Thinking they are termites. Is this something that needs a professional or can I stop the termites?

Post: Water Line / Sewer Line Insurance - HomeServe

I have homeserve on my properties. The last time I used them they sent out the worst plumbers. They did not fix the problem and told homeserve that I needed new lateral lines that were not covered at a cost of $8,000.00. We called our own plumber and he fixed the problem by snaking the toilet.

Homeserve is extremely hard to get a hold of. I often wait 45 min to and hour for someone to pick up the phone.

Look to you water or utility company. They now offer programs.

Does anyone use Dominion for sewer  and in home plumbing protection on rental property?

There are a lot of these companies out their and for a low monthly cost you can get the protection.

I am a landlord in the Cleveland Ohio area. I have been considering signing up with one of the Warrenty  Programs that offer Sewer and in home plumbing coverage. They seem to charge a very reasonable per month fee for the service. I noticed there are a lot of companies who offer these programs, including Dominion and Cleveland Water, Homeserve etc.

If anyone Has used one of these companies, or has experience with one of these programs, I would appreciate your input.

Some of my concerns include are the kind of Plumbing companies these companies use when you call for service? Are they reputable contractors?

Thank you in advance for your help!!
