I attend as many as possible. That is the standard format. It is a great networking opportunity as well as the Lincoln meeting.

That's when your management company has to get involved and pretty much make the other party pay or have to kick them out.

Multifamily conversions all have the same cons: electrical and gas workings and meters are difficult to maintain. They are cheap to buy and hard to sell. I have some, but would rather own buildings designed and built as multifamily.

@Josh Nixis correct. I went a few years ago to get the experience. I happened to be seated next to the mother of the guy who had about 40 people at the sale. At that sale there were two large groups and about 10-15 individuals. She was very open about what they were doing. Volume is the key if you go to the sale. The year I went, I think they sold about $1.3 million in tax liens.

The nice thing about the sale in Lincoln is you aren't bidding down the interest, you are just buying the tax lien.

What a great turnout from the community. Great wholesale panel! Let's do some deals! We had about 40 people again this month.

I am excited to announce that we have a bigger venue. 2301 highway 2. This is the former Contemporary Woods building. Our event is being sponsored by Byron Yurth who owns the building. See everybody there at 7 o'clock Monday.
