I recently moved from Maryland to Wilmington North Carolina. I learned a lot about researching property and owners in MD. There is SDAT and BidBaltimore. If I found and address I was interested in all I had to do is go to these sites to research public information on the property own. I haven't yet figured out how to do the research in NC. Can anyone assist me?

I am new to Wilmington, NC. How do I find property owners when I see a property of interest? How do I find buyers in Wilmington, NC? I did find a REI meetup up to attend soon

I did some wholesaling in Maryland. Sending out yellow letters, talking to potential sellers, visited probate court to view info., built a buyers list, went to REI monthly meetings, but I never closed a deal. Something would always interfere. I learned a lot along the way. Hoping to find some deals in Wilmington, NC. However there was a process of looking into Real Property where I could find info on the owner of property of interest. What is the process in NC? What websites, courthouses, etc can I find owners?
