Hello everyone!! I'm trying to learn the ropes in NC. How do I go about finding Investor friendly title companies in NC. I am residing in Wilmington? I learned so much when I was in Md on how to locate vacant property home owners among other things, but I am having a hard time in Wilmington

How does one invest in property in another state other than the state in which they live when one is still bound to a 9-5?
