Hi Kaaren, I'm in Orange County as well + I'm a long time Bigger Pockets Pro Member. I've been to the Nashville and  New Orleans BPCON and would LOVE to go to BPCON San Diego. This is a long  shot but would  you have access to ONE ticket that I could buy ?   I would be happy to share my notes as well.

Try a local Credit Union. Rates and costs are usually cheaper than Banks. Let us know  what you find.
