I know a seller in Freeport with a 3/1 it has a section 8 tenant in it the seller and I were in negotiations but they wanted more than my offer with my fee .

Well I only have about 8 post and I’m researching all of these softwares and most of the things I’m hearing across all the fb groups and real investors in my community believe that the product is really worth it also from my brief review , I’m leaning towards it being legit ,now this seems to be a bit more than just a product review squabble this seems to be more hazing and older experienced people in our industry upset about the harder ways that they had to do things to get the results that new comers are experiencing.Theres enough out here for us all no need to let your teeth show . Some ppl just wanna get to better their lives as you did , instead of deterring and conspiracy theories. Let’s work together so we can make sure we are all on the same accord and don’t give what we do a worst name than it already has . Spam or not the services look like they deserve a shot. This thread has been helpful , is this the same software that seconds b4 the call shows you the callers info and property ?? Also ive been trying to figure out if i can drop Dealmachine and Propstream for Propelio they have a d4d intergrated in to their system what are your thoughts? James Saif called me about Calltools which is a dialer a little outta my budget right now but any thoughts on that would be appreciated as well.. thanks bp family!!

So this is a good convo . I have been using DealMachine,propstream,reiskip,text magic,free podio ,and true ppl search for quick skips .I’m wondering if Propelio is better than propstream and reireply . I could use Propelio to combine what I use propstream and DealMachine for if it’s as good with the data. I want to add rvm and sms from one platform and it looks like reireply does that and has crm but not sure . I got a call from James at calltools as well today because I was thinking of adding a dialer as well it’s gonna be between call tools and mojo probably. What are your thoughts?

Hey guys amazing I used the info you guys gave me found his company and then his full name . I found him and spoke with him we are supposed to meet for coffee or something and talk btw he informed me he’s done over 40 more deals since I’ve been looking for him...
