Save your money, I don't recommend either of them. I've attended both their seminars. A friend and I purchased Reggie Brooks' abandoned property course. A big disappointment, there was nothing there, nothing in the program told you how to purchase these properties once you found them. Lots of blank pages and filler with govt. agencies listed in back, just like John Reed mentioned about b.s. artists. Luckily, it came with a 30 day money back guarantee which we both exercised and got our money back.
As for Alexis McGee, years ago I used to get the foreclosure listings, but many were old. Her bootcamp is a waste of money, you could find books to teach what you need to know about buying and flipping properties for a lot less money.

I have attended Alexis McGee's seminars and taken the boot camp. I don't recommend it. Save your money, she was very accessible before the the bootcamp and became quite brusque afterwards when I called to ask questions about a deal. I also tried unsuccessfully to use their lender, but they were too conservative and I had to go elsewhere to make the deal work. She and her husband used to work with Bruce Norris, but haven't for years now. They learned from Bruce Norris. His courses are very good, I have not taken the bootcamp though.
