Are you looking to invest in the Gwinnett County area, Fulton County, or wherever the best deal is?

I have lived in the Atlanta area for over 10 years and East Point isn't the best but it is extremely far from the worst. Its about knowing your area/market and I happen to know the good and bad of it. Some property sits, but I have first hand witnessed others fly off the MLS in days. I never tried to obtain a permit from the East Point, but if its as terrible as you think the city is then its really not that bad at all.

hi @Randi Williams, there are plenty of investor in the ATL market to help you in any form possible. Plus, you are on the perfect(free) site to learn and jump start your REI world.

i know its an old post but someone else might be reading for advice. Establish a trust or layers of LLC's but with all the money you will pay the government you might as well pay your children.
