I live in DC Metro area and I just sold my condo. I am looking to invest in a rental property (townhome, single home) in DC Metro area. The price is very high around here especially Amazon HQ is opening next year. I am not sure if the market surge is real or the fleeting reaction to the impending Amazon HQ arrival. Should I also be considering the effects of an upcoming recession given the recent historical trend? How much might you expect that to effect this marketplace? Please share your thought!

Hi Jeff, Congratulations!

Your story is very inspiring. I would like to know more about how to access the county auditor website. Is it free to public? Where do we find the auditor website?

Thank you for your answer Dawn.

I am a newbie on this site. I am interested to get a pro membership. But I want to hear what you all think. Is the pro membership worthwhile?
