Hello, I recently purchased a fixer upper in Federal Way, WA. And I am looking for a contractor referral in the area. Can you please recommend a good investor friendly contractor? 

I am going to purchase a 6 acre lot that comes with a house in WA. The house is potentially subdivided in the future. The only issue is that there is a water line easement from East to West of the property. The agent told me that the water line was not abandoned, but has not been used for several years. It is in place as a back up for his brother's property incase of any issues with his well service. His brother lives at the next property.

The house comes with a well but it's not even connected to the water source. The house is connected to the public water now.

What should I do with this? Can I pay him to remove the easement? Do you know any good real estate lawyer I can consult with in WA?
