If you still need help with design/development/setup of a custom website with editable content, feel free to reach out to me!

I've worked as a designer at large tech companies and know my way around the web.

@J. Martin Thanks for inviting me to the meetup! Unfortunately, I'll be flying down to SD that week for July 4th. When is the next meetup, and do you have nay other clubs/meetups that you'd recommend?

And yes, the price is definitely the issue here in the bay. I also haven't yet done enough research to determine where I would ideally like to start investing.

@James Wise Thanks!

Hey everyone!

I joined the community about a week ago and have been going through the forums, articles and beginner's guide absorbing as much information as possible. I just graduated from college, moved out to the west coast, got a job and would like to get started owning my first property. My plan for now is to rent out property, probably starting with either a single family or multi family (probably not in the bay area).

I'm currently a product designer and have worked at big tech companies, so if anyone has design/tech questions feel free to hit me up!

I'm looking to start attending some real estate meetups in the bay area and trying to find a mentor so I can build a solid foundation of knowledge before I leap in and buy my first property.

Hey Joel,

I can definitely provide you a bunch of feedback on these sites. For your main site, it seems to lack structure and information hierarchy. I find the text too small and difficult to read on the transparent white background.

Your speciality sites are much better but at first glance, when I landed on the page, I had no idea what it was. There should be some large descriptive headline text indicating what the user is seeing when they land on the page. Also that large description can also be used for SEO.

I can definitely get into a lot more detail, feel free to PM me (:
